A strong earthquake hit the city of Hakuba on Saturday. The magnitude 6.7 earthquake shifted the city southeast towards Tokyo by 29 centimeters according to the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan (GSI).

The Missing Maps initiative is a project to map the slums around the world to improve services, aid public health, and improve the lives of millions.
