Bill Henry will be the new chief executive of Tele Atlas following settlement of TomTom N.V.’s offer for all outstanding shares in Tele Atlas for a price per share of E30. Alain De Taeye, who formed the digital mapping company in 1984, will resign as current chief executive. Tele Atlas says it will propose De Taeye for a position on TomTom’s management board.
