DigitalGlobe has created an online imagery service for oil and gas professionals worldwide.

ImageConnect Oil and Gas provides imagery of geographic areas that are important to upstream oil and gas exploration. This includes oil basins, refineries, pipelines and high-interest geological areas.

With a subscription to ImageConnect, GIS users may access imagery for country- or industry-specific areas of interest through plug-ins for major desktop mapping software applications. This includes ESRI ArcGIS, MapInfo Professional, Autodesk Map 3D or any Web Map Service enabled client.
