A new agreement between China and Australia will help foster major infrastructure projects including high-speed rail links, the federal government said. Federal Infrastructure Minister Anthony Albanese said that the agreement, which he will sign with China's commerce minister Chen Deming at Parliament House tomorrow, was aimed at creating jobs, tapping into economic opportunities and delivering better infrastructure.
