3D Laser Mapping has announced a new operation in  Australia. 3D Laser Mapping is an international developer of laser scanning  solutions including the world’s most accurate mobile mapping system StreetMapper  and laser monitoring technology for the mining industry. The new office in  Perth will be headed by Iain Bramwell acting as General Manager and will provide  local sales and support for the whole of the Asia Pacific region.  

“We are already very active in this region and have developed a  good reputation and customer base through a network of local distributors,”  commented Dr Graham Hunter, Managing Director of UK based 3D Laser Mapping.  “Opening a dedicated office was the next logical step. This move will enable us  to provide frontline support and service for both existing and potential clients, maximising the enormous potential of the region.”

“This is  a very exciting move both personally and professionally,” added Iain Bramwell of  3D Laser Mapping International Pty Ltd. “We have already completed a number of  projects in the region, including StreetMapper surveys for highway and rail  infrastructure projects. We are also actively working with many of the regions  leading mining operators.”
