China is willing to strengthen cooperation with Pacific island countries (PICs) on their legitimate concerns over climate change and help them achieve sustainable economic development, Vice Foreign Minister Cui Tiankai said Friday. China had attended 22 consecutive post-forum dialogues of Pacific Islands Forum (PIF) leaders meetings.
