Baku, Fineko/abc.az Cartography factory of State Committee on Land and Cartography is working out the scheme of cities. Director of Cartography factory Mugabil Bayramov has reported that at present the factory is developing schematic plan of the capital. " The scheme of Baku will be completed and submitted by October.
