ISRO on Thursday received the first set of high quality images covering nearly 3000 km stretch of the Indian landmass from Resourcesat-2, the country's latest remote sensing satellite. The satellite, launched successfully by PSLV-C16 on April 20 into a polar sun-synchronous orbit is "working satisfactorily," ISRO said in a statement. Read More
