Following an intensive international search and selection process, CSIRO has appointed one of its own, Jonathan Law, as the new Director of the organisation’s Minerals Down Under National Research Flagship.  Mr Law brings with him a strong network of government, industry and research contacts gained through working across the value chain in the resource industry in an operational and research capacity. “I am passionate about the impact of R&D on the minerals industry and I have seen the issues from both sides,” Mr Law said. “Bringing these two worlds together is a constant challenge and the directorship will provide the opportunity to work with an outstanding team of people to meet this challenge, for the benefit and  long-term future of the minerals industry in Australia.” Read More
