SIFY - Leaders of EU and India took part in the 11th EU-India Summit on Friday. Progress was made on a maritime transport agreement and leaders also welcomed the recent formation of ISO-ESA Joint Working Group on earth observation. The group pledged swift finalization on the agreement on satellite navigation initialled in 2005 and are working toward a technical agreement on the use of the frequency spectrum. Read More
