Radarsat-2 In Operation
Radarsat-2, Canada’s commercial synthetic aperture radar satellite, is now in full commercial operations. Launched 14 December 2007, Radarsat-2 offers dual polarisation, full polarimetric imaging and one metre spatial resolution. It is a joint project of MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates and the Canadian Space Agency.
